I’ve recently purchased my first new car with Parramatta Motor Group - Hyundai. Jeannette who is the finance person was an absolute pleasure to work with, very sweet and honest, Jeannette was by far the easiest and knowledgeable person to work with she was very easy going and accommodating and explained everything i needed to know. Even though she’s a busy lady she was always available to answer my many questions promptly. I felt she had my best interest in mind. Best part is Jeannette stayed in touch with me the whole time, kept me in the loop of every step she took, which made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Parramatta Motor Group. Jeannette also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps and still available if I have any further questions. It was a pleasure working with her. My experience purchasing my first new car couldn’t have been better. THE CAR IS AMAZING!! : )

TLDR; my car drives better now and they are professional but they are more expensive than other Kia dealers and try to get you to pay for unnecessary extras. Positive - professional staff - good coffee - comfortable waiting area - they contacted me to ask before doing additional work on the car - they gave two brand options for new tyres - my car drives better after the work they completed on it. Neutral - confused about the courtesy shuttle - it doesn't go to the main CBD of Parramatta only to smith street near the Westfield. Would have been nice for a dealership with Parramatta in the title to offer travel to the CBD. Negative - they didn't look at my service history from my previous Kia dealership and told me I needed a new pollen filter which had been changed the year before with another Kia dealer. - they tried to charge me $135 for an antimicrobial treatment. That's ridiculous - my car has been professionally cleaned last week. What a load of B.S. I can wipe an antibacterial wipe on the car myself for $2. - they charge more than other Kia dealership for the same items. Brake pads from pennant hills cost $100 less than what Parramatta Kia charged me. A pollen filter is significantly cheaper at pennant hills Kia. - the wheel alignment and tyres cost significantly more than what I would have paid at a proper tyre place. I would have preferred to get them changed elsewhere but couldn't as they said it's a requirement for my pink slip.

This is the first time we bought a new car. Ali, our sales rep, was excellent from start to finish. The manager took time off his lunch break to explain the process to me so I knew lead up time and when everything would be finalised. A few days after we got the car, Monique from the service department rang to check we were happy with our experience and to book us for our first complimentary service, making us feel valued and cared for. This dealership not only looks after you during the sale, they ensure you stay a happy customer. They work with you, not against you, so your needs are met. We got excellent options + amazing prices.
